The BMW M4 Concept (pictured) has been revealed
The BMW M4 heading towards Pebble Beach this weekend (and pictured above) is billed by BMW as the M4 Concept, but it’s almost exactly what you’ll get when the M4 goes on sale in 2014. As this is a ‘Concept’ BMW don’t feel the need to fill in all the details, but there’s some stuff we can see and some stuff we pretty much know. The stuff we can see includes the same CFRP roof the old M3 Coupe got (in this case titivated with BMW M colours) and CFRP for the splitter and diffuser.
SEAT Leon gets Sports Styling Kit (pictured)
Many like to make their cars more individual, and adding a sporty body kit is one way to make your slightly prosaic wheels stand out from the crowd. So, with that in mind, SEAT think they’re on to a winner with the new Sports Styling Kit for the Leon, which is available for the 5-door or SC Leon in S, SE or FR versions (pictured above on the SEAT Leon FR TDI 184 PS with Titanium Pack). But it’s not exactly bargain basement time.
Mercedes Concept-A gets unveiled in Shanghai
It’s rather hard to imagine the current Mercedes A-Class coming with 350bhp running through its front wheels. It may have managed to pass the Elk test to make it safe, but 350bhp would be enough to tear the steering wheel from your hands and roll you over in a brisk bend. But this isn’t the current A-Class we’re talking about, but the 2012 Mercedes A-Class based on the very fine-looking Mercedes Concept-A we reported a couple of weeks ago, and which bowed in at Shanghai this week.
